Monté Burrow

Co-Founder

Seasoned leader with nearly two decades in the beverage alcohol industry, spanning manufacturing to marketing. From an Anheuser-Busch co-op to 12 years at Diageo, has led and launched brands across multiple categories.

Kevin Larkai

Co-Founder

Finance-forward innovator and brand architect. Creator of Blackleaf and passionate about empowering future industry leaders.
